- Currency:
- Beside each design, is a price listed in Canadian
funds, and another in U.S. funds. Canadian Currency
can only be used for orders that are being shipped to
Canadian addresses. Any orders shipped outside of
Canada will be charged the U.S. currency due
insurance contingencies. Please note, however, that
on a credit card statement, this will be shown at
the Canadian equivalent.
- Timelines:
- Each item is made to order, so please allow 2 to
3 weeks for delivery to a Canadian address, and 3 to
4 weeks elsewhere. For shipments destined for
countries with slower postal delivery standards,
delays can be expected. If you are wishing a rush
order, please contact us to see if it is
possible.
- Shipping and Taxes:
- Within Canada is by Express Post. Shipping
and handling charges for any size order is $10 Cdn.
7% GST is applied to all orders going to a Canadian
address, and 7.5% PST is a applied to those orders
going to a BC address.
To Continental USA is by Small Parcel Air Post or by Express Post. Shipping and handling charges for any size order is $10 US currency.
Outside Canada and USA is $13 US currency. Shipping is by the most obvious form of safe, airborne post. If further charges need to be applied we will contact you first.
- Customs:
- Customs forms will be filled out by Wren Silverworks. Hand made silver jewellery is duty free to the U.S. as part of the North American Free Trade Agreement, and also to many other countries. The international tariff classification for the jewellery is 7113.11.50.
